DWA B.V.

Stewardship is DWA’s inspiration. This means treating the earth, the environment, the people and nature respectfully in everything we do. This is how DWA distinguishes itself in the area of sustainable innovation. We are continually searching for opportunities to realize our mission. With a history of more than 27 years DWA is an ambitious consultant. Our goal is to realize a qualitative and sustainable build environment. The users are placed in the centre of our offered solutions. Decrease of energy consumption and reduction of the environmental load are key words from the ecological point of view. We offer first-class, durable solutions that fit the economic conditions. In the vision of DWA co-operation and participation are essential to achieve a sustainable world.

Based upon fundamental research and life measurements, DWA develops reliable concepts and smart technical solutions with realistic financial analyses. We offer a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach and make use of qualified design tools like BIM and state of the art simulations models. In the broad variety of people DWA has researchers and engineers available, supported by our own financial and policy advisors, building physicists and project managers.

DWA is an autonomous and privately owned company with app. 110 consultants and staff. DWA works in accordance the code of conduct of the Dutch association of consulting engineers (NL Ingenieurs); this emphasises our independence.

In the healthcare building projects, both regarding care and cure facilities, DWA has a wide variety of references. From designing and implementing sustainable energy solutions to utilities in production, distribution and use. (electricity, heat, cold, HVAC, breathing air , compressed air, demi water, technical water et cetera). Terms as continuity, life cycle, total cost of ownership, maintenance and monitoring are indissoluble connected to our references.
